9AM - Yuma Crossing State Park.
Little Mavicito wants to take a peek at the mighty Colorado River which flows thru the City of Yuma. So, we headed out of our Nite Camp and are now at Yuma Crossing State Park. Our morning walk will be on the nearby bridge over the Colorado River.

9:30AM - Reader Wayne!
There was a knock on MsTioga's door! It was Reader Wayne and his wife Carol, coming by to say, "Hi!" Wayne and Carol have a stick house in the State of Washington, and happily spend their winters in the warmth of the State of Arizona.

11PM - The Colorado River.
When Little Mavicito took his peek at the Colorado River from the bridge, he saw a gorgeous scene. The river meandering slowly and the desert mountains in the distance.

3PM - Camped in the desert.
We headed east out of the City of Yuma, Arizona. Holding to our goal of traveling short distances each day to keep down gasoline usage, MsTioga made 42 miles today.

This Camp should be a very quiet one for sleeping.

6PM - Reader Diugo.
Diugo camps in his RV about 20 miles away from Yuma, Arizona. Yet he drove all the way out here to our Nite Camp in the desert to make a visit. Wow! This is such a wonderful compliment.
