8AM - Cheyenne, Wyoming.
This is MsTioga and The Team's very first time to visit the great City of Cheyenne. We have made our Breakfast Camp inside the center of government neighborhood.

8:30AM - Reader Tom comes to call.
Just after we made Camp at Wyoming's State Capitol, a truck pulled up. It was Reader Tom coming to say "Hi!" to MsTioga and The Team!
Reader Tom Harris.

9AM - Long time Readers Gene & Audrey.
MsTioga, George and the rest of The Team were sooooooo happy to greet Gene & Audrey who have been following our adventures for many years.

We all three went out for breakfast at the nearby "Egg & I" restaurant. The food was great and sharing stories was great too!
Gene & Audrey Fischer.

11:30AM - Touring on Mr. Trek.
George & Little Mavicito drove on Mr. Trek to see the Celtic dancers who are appearing today in downtown Cheyenne. However, it turned out that George was more interested in western wear and Little Mavicito was fascinated by the motorcycle jumper.
George loves western boots.

George loves western hats.

Little Mavicito loves this jumper.

2PM - Afternoon Camped at Holliday Park.
Mr. DeLorme [our GPS system] told us about a nearby park with a lake. It is called Holliday Park. We have made our Afternoon Camp at this park.

The park is signed, "Closed 11PM to 5AM." We love this sign, because it tells us, "OK to Camp here until 11PM!" We are as free as birds!

5PM - Auction Ads are earning us $money$.
Have you noticed the NEW ad at the top of the left hand column? Hmmmm? It is called "Auction Ads." These ads are for things that are being sold on Ebay. When a reader clicks on an Auction Ad and then buys the thing being sold, I receive a commission from that sale.

I have earned $35.38 for the month of June. This may not seem like very much $money$ to you. However, it is about equal to one day's worth of AdSense ad income, and that means it is worth quite a bit to me.

If you would like to try Auction Ads on your website, please sign up by clicking on the "Ads by Auction Ads" link at the bottom of this ad. Doing this may give me some additional income for having signed you up, OK?

6PM - Washing MsTioga.
Now that MsTioga has a nice new paint job, washing her is a little different. We wash MsTioga with plain water, and then after she is clean, put on an application of Blue Coral Wash & Wax. MsTioga likes that name, "Blue Coral."

This afternoon was a perfect washing day. Not hot at all. And the Sun is mostly hidden behind the clouds.
George washing MsTioga.

8PM - Reader George drops by!
There was a knock on MsTioga's door. It was George Dubrowski, a reader who follows our adventures! George lives in Cheyenne.

Little Mavicito took a pic of George inside MsTioga. But what happened to that pic, nobody knows. MsTioga says that it must have disappeared as a result of another "senior moment!" Hmmmm?

10PM - Nite Camped at the Veterans Affairs Center.
We received some very nice offers to camp for the nite from readers who live in Cheyenne. However, you know how MsTioga and The Team are! We love the challenge of finding our own free Camp!

Early in the day we decided to make our Camp at the Veterans Affairs Center. After all, George is a veteran! Right?

Note: Do not try and Camp at the VA here in Cheyenne. There is no camping at the VA. The guards allowed me to stay here for only one nite.

8:30AM - Fort Collins, Colorado.
Little Mavicito asked, "Why are we camping in Fort Collins, Colorado?" MsTioga answered, "We have never been here before! Also, George likes the big flag."

When we drove into Fort Collins, everybody was surprised to see all the hi-tech companies here. MsTioga passed Intel, Hewlett-Packard and Advanced Micro Devices.
Morning Camp in Fort Collins.

12:30PM - Google Earth.
Reader Joe wrote an email asking about linking Google Earth to our archived posts. Before we only linked to a Google Map to show where we made our Nite Camp for that day.

Mr. Chips and Ms. GQ got their heads together, and figured out how to link to Google Earth. So from now on, our archived posts will include a Google Earth link.

1:30PM - Flowers of Colorado State University.
A gorgeous flower garden was being worked on at the University of Colorado located in the City of Fort Collins. Many people were working in this garden. What a neat thing!

9AM - Mr. Datastorm trying to go online!
This morning Mr. Datastorm tried to go online, and found that HughesNet, our satellite connection was having problems. We will try again later in the day.

We have left Rocky Mountain National Park, and are heading east toward Loveland, Colorado.

11AM - Breakfast Camped along the Big Thompson River.
The Team has made our Breakfast Camp, along the Big Thompson River. As we were driving, we saw a ton of fishermen in this river fly-fishing.
MsTioga Camped beside the Big Thompson River.

2PM - At the Wal*Mart in Loveland, Colorado.
We have made an Afternoon Camp at the Wal*Mart. Mr. Datastorm is still unable to publish our blog! We phoned Motosat [Datastorm support] and they confirmed that HughesNet has a problem.

3:30PM - Mr. Datastorm is OK now.
We just returned from shopping at The Wal*Mart. As soon as we got into MsTioga, we looked at Ms. GQ to see if Mr. Datastorm was online. And he is! Wow!

We are always uneasy when we cannot go online and share with you what is going on.

4:30PM - Centerra Shopping Mall.
We have moved and setup an Evening Camp at the new Centerra Shopping Mall in Loveland, Colorado. George wants to go to a movie named, "Knocked Up." Can you imagine that? Hmmmmm? A 69-1/2 year old senior citizen going to view a movie named, "Knocked Up." Shocking!

In the pic below, George shows us his ticket while standing in front of the MetroLux 14 Theater.

8AM - Fall River view.
The rapidly descending Fall River flows by the north side of Aspenglen Campground where we are staying. Little Mavicito went down to the river to take a peek this morning.

Isn't this campground in Rocky Mountain National Park a lovely place?

Fall River & Aspenglen Campground.

11AM - Reader Brian.
Reader Len [who you met yesterday] and George were sitting in the campground talking. A big red truck pulled up and it was Reader Brian! Wow!

Brian is a retired cowboy and rodeo competitor and has a blog called: Goin' RV Boondocking

Little Mavicito captured the drawing/pic below from a business card that Brian gave to us.
Brian with George.

12 Noon - Readers Wayne and Pat.
While Len and Brian were talking with George, Readers Wayne and Pat dropped by to say, "Hi." Double wow with sugar on it!!

6AM - Rocky Mountain National Park.
We are heading north out of the Town of Granby for Rocky Mountain National Park. We always make a beeline for the campground when we go to a National Park. However, after we were driving thru Rocky Mountain National Park for a bit, it came clear that up in the mountains was where it's at.

7:30AM - Heading up the mountain.
As MsTioga climbed up into the Rocky Mountains, we were all looking for a place to stop for Little Mavicito to capture some pics. We came to a place where MsTioga was able to park.
Looking south.

MsTioga and the Rocky Mountains.

8AM - The Continental Divide.
We came to the top of the road. We did not understand that this would have been a wonderful place to make a Morning Camp. There were elk here grazing near Lake Poudre.
The Continental Divide.

A little farther along the road, we all were amazed to see that we could look down at many of the Rocky Mountains.

9AM - Rainbow Curve.
We made a Morning Camp at "Rainbow Curve", which is a parking area overlooking toward the east. We are at 10,828' elevation.
View from Rainbow Curve.

11:30AM - Aspenglen Campground.
MsTioga has found her Camp. Site #38 in Aspenglen Campground. This is a gorgeous place. The rapidly tumbling Fall River flows by here, and not too far away!
Aspenglen Campground.

12:30AM - Reader Len Winger.
Len was online with his computer, and tuned into the Tioga & George blog. Len was surprised to read that MsTioga was parked just behind his own RV. Isn't that something?! So, he walked outside and came over to say, "Hi!"

Len has his own blog, Len Winger's Travel Journal.
Reader Len Winger, on the road.

8PM - Banks Transcommand for sale on Ebay.
I've put my Banks Transcommand unit up for sale. Never installed it because of broken connector on MsTioga's tranny.

Take a peek, especially if you have a Ford E40D transmission.
