Going to the doctor.
A few days ago, I wrote to you about my heart problem. At that time I was concerned because of trouble breathing. I thought that the breathing problem had to do with my heart's aortic valve leaking.

As many readers wrote to suggest, the breathing problem actually had to do with camping at over 8,000 feet elevation. Here in Tequis, I am at 6,000' elevation and having no problem breathing.

Nevertheless, my heart does have a leaking aortic valve. And, I've not had a cardiologist examine me since before 2003. I should know what's what with my heart. This afternoon at 3pm I have an appointment with a cardiologist in the City of Tequisquiapan.

Reading Spanish.
Although my conversational Spanish is not too bad, my grammatics are not good. So, I bought a book designed to teach kids in Mexico to learn English.

In 1878, professor Maximilian Berlitz thought of a revolutionary idea to make learning a fun and easy thing. These same principles are used today in the series of books called, "Berlitz Kids".

Click twice on the pic below and you may be able to read a few pages of this book.

4:30PM - Dr. Ricardo Espinoza.

My 3pm appointment with Dr. Espinoza was postponed to 4:30pm. The doctor is returning from Mexico City where he had medical appointments. At 4:30pm, the doctor called the hospital where I am at once more to tell that traffic is preventing him from making this appointment as well.

We have rescheduled for tomorrow morning at 8am.

Supper tonite!

Also a vegetable salad with ranch dressing.
