Plastic surgery!

Plastic surgery!
This morning Dr. Robles removed all but four stitches. As you may see in the pic below, I had many stitches.

The area of the cancer removal was repaired by what is known as a "Bilobed flap nasal reconstruction." This is a form of plastic surgery. You may get a better idea of this procedure by clicking [here].

3PM - Amealco for Chinese food!
After leaving Dr. Robles office this morning, MsTioga and I headed north to Tequisquiapan to visit with friends Pete and Jimena and their house guest, Papa Gene. I wanted to show them the healing progress on my nose.

During past visits, I'd shared my Chinese restaurant find in the City of Amealco. I was very surprised and happy when Jimena asked how we would all like to go have Chinese food at "El Mandaryn" in Amealco. Of course everybody said, "Yes!"

The City of Amealco is about an hour from Tequisquiapan. A very nice drive passed green fields and farming land.
