I had a sleep problem. I was not getting enough sleep! My thinking was that if I was not sleepy, I would just stay up until I began to nod off. This idea proved not good at all.
My sleep problem was solved with two things. First, I began to go to bed at the same time each nite. My time is 12 midnite.
The second thing is that I use an 8 hour recording of the sound of rain and distant thunder to get me to sleep. That sound really knocks me out! I have a small JBL blue tooth speaker that I set on my bedside table. The JBL has a volume control so that I can tweak the rain sound.
