Exercise Videos

Since I moved into my wonderful apartment, my physical exercises consisted of going to the YMCA, golfing and riding my bike. However, a couple of days ago while watching KPBS [public TV], I stumbled across a different kind of exercise. This exercise was developed by a lady named Miranda Esmonde.

The way this works is, I get exercise videos downloaded to my Mac computer and shuttle the video over to my large television using Apple TV. Then, I stand in front of the TV and follow along with Miranda as she does the exercises.

I found almost immediately that I was only able to do an exercise routine for about two minutes before I had to rest a bit. Wow! Not being able to do the exercise without frequent resting convinced me that I wanted to buy Miranda's videos!

Lately I've been following an exercise video that Miranda promises will improve my posture and make me feel younger!

  1. Good luck, George. Exercise is good no matter how you do it. I can still remember doing exercises to Richard Simmon's VHS tapes - now that was a long time ago!!
