After over 10 years of daily posting of my Tioga George blog, I hardly post anymore. That's because I don't have new things to write to you about. However I did want to make this post to let you know that I am still here.
My daily activities include walking about 2-1/2 miles each day. It's a push for me to do that walking because my walk is not completely stable. More like walking a bit side to side instead of completely straight. I don't have endurance either. But, by doing daily walking like this, I am keeping myself in the best condition that I am able. I continue to play golf once each week. Also, exercise at the YMCA a couple of times weekly.
It seems to me that I was quite lucky to shift from being a full time RVer when I did. Because if had not stopped full timing at that time, I might have found RV life a bit more physically demanding than I would have been able to handle.
PS: I believe that my duty now is to be the best person that I can be. To keep myself in the best physical shape that I can. To eat the best foods; less sugar, more fruits and vegetables, less red meat. Age has diminished me. My memory is not as good as it once was. But I don't let my memory bother me because it works well enough for my daily life. I have been blessed with a great curiosity. My access to the internet fulfills that curiosity as I am able to study anything that my heart desires.
