Heading out

Mexico Trip

7:17am:
This afternoon, the Scampy Team will head out from San Diego bound for Mexico. We will cross the International Border at the Lukeville, Arizona crossing.

It may take a few days to travel the 357 miles to reach Lukeville. We plan to place a link at the bottom of our Blog each day to show our Nite Camp Location on a Google map.

6:10pm in Yuma!
We have made an Evening Camp in a residential neighborhood in the City of Yuma. It's quiet here.

Before leaving San Diego, Tina my long time hair cutting lady, cut my hair. Nice to have my hair no longer brushing my ears [I hate that!].

The trip to Yuma was pleasant. Nothing eventful happened. However, when we went to gas up in Yuma, we got a suprise!

Look at the gasoline prices in Arizona!

NOTE: VERY BAD INTERNET CONNECTION PREVENTING ME FROM BLOGGING! [It's now a couple hours later. I am able to get on the net now].

  4. Good travels George. You again are demonstrating why the big wigs in American rving ought to know about you and give you an award and recognition for being the #1 rv person in America! You are the most amazing rv person I have ever been aware of.... be safe and spread goodwill to all you meet. I am in Naples FL and truly wish I were traveling in our rv with you. Have fun brushing up on your Spanish.
