The best person I can be

7:21am:
My life's goal is to be the best person I can be. Sometimes, I get off track. Hopefully, not for very long.

I've signed up for the History Vault [Link]. Continuing my education is part of my life's goal.

24 Hour Fitness is part of my life's goal as well. I want to increase the depth of my workouts with cardio exercise. I've not been doing cardio exercise because, for me, it's not as much fun working out with weights. In order to take the "grind" out of my cardio, I plan to entertain myself with Audible Books. Recently I bought "The Cider House Rules" and "MASH" in Audible format.




11:57am:
I've just returned to Scampy from 24 Hour Fitness
➜ 09:00am - Begin weight exercise
➜ 10:50am - End weight exercise begin cardio
➜ 11:15am - End cardio
➜ 11:30am - Spa for 10-minutes

    2. George, there is a movie entitled "Simon Birch" which is loosely based on the book "A Prayer for Owen Meany." The film is categorized as a comedy/drama. If you like beautiful Ashley Judd, you will enjoy this film, but the primary actors are two boys who are so funny with their antics, one of which has a disability but has so much optimism in spite of his disability.

  2. George you can have your cardio AND weight lifting at the same time. Do lower weights with higher repetitions and you will get cardio burn with muscle toning
