Cardio

12:18am:
Yesterday I went to Kaiser Cardiology to have my pacemaker checked out. All is well with my pacemaker.

There was one thing that caught my attention. My blood pressure which was 115/71 in February 2017 has risen to 144/78. It may be that the reason for this blood pressure rise is that I have been too sedentary. I have not been doing cardio exercise at 24 Hour.

Today at 24 Hour Fitness I rode the stationary bike for 30 minutes. During my muscle exercises, I changed my routine to very high reps at lower weight. This changed my muscle exercises into cardio as well.

6:18am:
The Tunnel Song
I viewed a spectacularly good movie yesterday evening named:
"The Perks of Being a Wallflower" [Link].

There was music in the movie that they called: "The Tunnel Song."

This song was composed by David Bowie. And Bowie named the song, "Heroes" [Link]. I never paid any attention to Bowie before. But I bought this song on iTunes because of the emotional way the song was presented in the movie.

  1. Cardio is part of a good workout and we each have our own plan. I do 40 minutes of tread mill running and 50 minutes of free weights. We have blood pressure issues in my family history, mine is still pretty good.

  2. Most fitness places have blood pressure cuff's so you can check your cardiovascular why don't you check your cardiovascular before you do your exercise
After you finish your exercise sit for 5 to 10 minutes and then take it again and see what the difference is

More than 120 over 80 and less than 140 over 90 (120/80-140/90): You have a normal blood pressure reading but it is a little higher than it should be,
As I suggested before, check it before you start your gym workout, sit after your work out for five or 10 minutes and recheck your blood pressure again
It could've been possible, you had white coat syndrome
