5:30AM - High tide.
This is our 19th day making Camp next to the little river on the beach at Aticama. The subtle changes here are beginning to intrigue. Such as the tide.

The Moon is almost directly behind us, opposite the coast. Maybe that is what brings the tide in. The waves wash up the riverbed, and the Ocean waters intrude into the fresh of the river.

Little Mavicito waited for the morning light to share the pic below with you. If the tide were not high, the little river's mouth would be flowing behind the palm tree.
The tide at 6:30am.

3PM - Bath time!

Little Mavicito wanted me to take my bath while there is still enough light so that he would be able to take a pic. So, we did!
