MsTioga's dash heater is a BIG job!
We arrived at the Ford dealer in Tepic at 8am and did not leave until almost 7pm. For several hours we waited for our mechanic to begin working. For some reason, the work on removing the heater did not begin until 3pm.

One of our readers wrote that the heater is installed at the beginning of the van assembly, and the rest of the vehicle is built around it. This may be true. As you may see in the pic below, much of the dash had to be moved in order to remove the heater.

We are going to buy the heater core in the United States, and have it shipped to our Ford dealer in Tepic.
