Stormy, cloudy morning!
Are you thinking of becoming an RVing vagabond? Camping away from the RV campground? Then almost for sure you will need an electric generator. We on the TiogaRV Team are using our generator this morning.

It is a stormy, cloudy morning here in Guanajuato. Our Mr. Sunny with his six 75 watt solar panels is not making any electric power. There is no Sun to be seen.

We want to be online, posting our blog. Doing our internet stuff. So, our Little Honda 1KW generator is on the job! We do not need more than a 1KW generator. The only job for our Little Honda is to charge Mr. Sunny's solar battery bank [link].

1PM - Leaving Guanajuato.
MsTioga and The Team are heading out of Guanajuato, going toward Dolores Hidalgo. As we leave our Camp at the lake formed by Presa de Olla, MsTioga will follow the part of the Panorama Road that we have not visited before on this visit. The last time that MsTioga was on this section of the Panorama Road was on February 14, 2008 [link], the day Boid was introduced to you!

The highway to Dolores Hidalgo climbs to 8,500 feet. MsTioga, the pistons of her mighty engine pounding with unyielding power, should have no problem with this challenge.

5PM - City of Dolores Hidalgo.
We have arrived in the City of Dolores Hidalgo. This is the birthplace of Mexico's revolution for independence from Spain.

The first thing that we did was get MsTioga's propane tank filled up. Then, we stopped at a small fruit and vegetable store and stocked up! A few blocks passed this store, MsTioga pulled off the main road and found our Nite Camp in a commercial/residential neighborhood.

A woid about Blue Boid.
Little Blue Boid has been a member of The Team for a little over two weeks. Since then there has been a remarkable change in Blue Boid's appearance. His feathers are all smooth now, and have wonderful color. He wasn't bad looking before. However now, Blue Boid is a gorgeous boid!

As we mentioned to you before, Blue Boid does not have access to all of MsTioga. Only the bedroom area are for Blue Boid. We close off the kitchen/dining areas with the toilet door. When MsTioga is driving along, we are able to view Blue Boid using the rear camera. This camera is mounted on the inside and looks outside thru MsTioga's rear window. Blue Boid's cage is observed with the rear camera.

So, we know that Blue Boid goes a bit nuts when driving along. He jumps on the window ledge, and runs back on forth from one end of the ledge to the other. Tweeting and having a wonderful time. We believe that he is one happy boid!
