Achieving goals

7AM - Achieving a goal
I have a goal that I want to achieve.  My waistline has gotten too big, and I want my waistline to get smaller.  My weight is not important to me.  But my waistline is.

Next month I will be 74 years old.  I do not want to be one of those old guys with a belly hanging over the belt loops!  I've already begun to eat better.  No cookies for many weeks.  However, I continue to be somewhat sedentary.  It is very important for me to get active, perhaps even sweat a little each day.

Anyway, MsTioga and I are Morning Camped again [here] at Mission Bay Park.  Mr. Sunny's solar panels are up and pointing at the rising Sun.   And I am going for a brisk walk on the beach path!

8:40AM - Back!
My morning walk began at 8am, and I just got back! Forty minutes walking at a brisk pace. If you want to see where I walked, click [here] and go south along Bayside Walk.  Then take the curve toward the Ocean and go north along Ocean Front Walk. It's a lovely route!

I did work up a sweat, and just turned on MsTioga's water heater to take a warm shower.
