Going back

9AM - You cannot go back
MsTioga and The Team may be now going thru our most challenging times. Even more challenging than at our beginnings in 2003. Back in 2003 we did not have enough income or savings to survive. But we did it anyway. Back then, we knew what we wanted to do. We wanted to travel around searching for adventure. All we had to do was figure out how to do it on an income of about $1,000 month!

You may have sensed that we on the TiogaRV Team have been at loose ends lately. Why is that? Well, because we accomplished pretty much everything that we ever dreamed of doing back in 2003. As you know, lately we have been doing about the same things each year. So, what is wrong with that? The problem is that we are addicted to the highs that come from going to new places. But we no longer feel capable of continuing to search for new places, new adventures.

It would be wonderful if we could go back in time to June 7th, 2003, and begin our adventure once more. But as you know, it is not possible to do that. You cannot go back. We can only move forward searching for our new destiny which we believe will make itself known. If we are patient enough. If we never give up searching.

2PM - Jorge cracks his head!
I was getting up from the chair at El Chaco when I slightly lost my balance and sat back down in the chair. The chair rolled backwards and I struck the back of my head on the concrete floor!

My blood was coming out sooooooo fast! It was scary! Ellie applied pressure to the wound and Trino drove me to the doctor in Aticama. By the time I got to Aticama, the bleeding had almost stopped. The doctor told me that I cut into a small artery.

The doctor cleaned the wound and applied a pressure bandage. I am going to get an X-Ray to make sure there is no swelling inside my head. The X-Ray place opens at 4pm and is located in San Blas.

I do not have any dizziness or pain.
