Best day

Sunday is the best day for me to go to 24 Hour Fitness. And in the early morning is the best time.

First thing is taking a shower. Then soak in the spa. Then exercise. Today is lower body day. Abdomen. Lower back. Legs.

My goal with my legs is to be able to be able to stand up from the floor without holding on to something for support. A tough goal for this 80-year-old-guy!


Good neighbor
The Scampy Team desires to be a good neighbor. For us, this means leaving our Nite Camp early.

Our wake up alarm sounds at 7am. We get dressed quickly then pull out of our Nite Camp. In this way, we impact our neighbors as little possible.
